hi my name is Isabella 💕 depression has been my worst enemy I fight and fight sometimes I feel lost and don’t know what to do , sometimes you don’t even know what’s wrong my anxiety is so bad and my anger is another I’ve be coping with doing the hobbies I love it distracts me but sometimes the sadness and everything comes back I’ve been dealing with mental health since the age of 10 I’m 17 it’s gotten worse as I got older one thing I’ve learned is to cope with it and be distracted so I’m not focus on my mental illness I have hope in all of you we are all in it together if you ever need someone to talk to I’m here I support everyone and anyone I don’t judge because I know what it’s like when your crying for help and no one is here but I’m here for everyone and anyone who needs it 💕
