my mental health story began when I was just 6 years old. vulnerable, helpless, exposed, and little did I know that my innocence was going to be taken away from me. 14 years later, and I'm trapped with taking medication for my depression. I'm trapped with anxiety, extreme self doubt, low confidence, mood swings, and much..much more. One thing I know is that I've learned so much about myself these past 14 years, and I know that i'm stronger, stronger then he will ever be. I'm a survivor! As much as he took away from me when I was 6 years old, i'm gaining all of it plus more back. I'm reaching out, getting help, and i'm realizing who I am. My story doesn't end here, and I will speak out so others know they're not alone.
