Simple tasks have become impossible such as personal hygiene, eating, putting on clothing, answering the phone, and even leaving my room. I now no longer enjoy things that brought me joy-exercising, going on walks, and school. Having depression and anxiety has made me hate myself, I cry and have panic attacks just thinking about leaving my room, having to interact with others, and thinking about my situation. I don't know what to do, my life has been on hold because of my depression since 2010 I've already missed some much and I'm already so behind people my age and those younger than me. I don't know what to do, I'm so tired from fighting.
