About seven months ago I started to feel more anxious that I normally would. I thought I could solve it and get through with that but suddenly it became unbearable. I couldn't sleep at night and I didn't want to eat. Then depression started to kick in, as well as the panic attacks. I was desperate,  I wondered why it was happening to me, what have I done wrong. I accepted that I had and have a problem and that I needed help. I am going through medical treatment and therapy and that helped a lot. Other things that helped a lot was knowing that there were other people out there who are going through that as well, sharing there experiences and telling you that that is not going to last forever, that there is a way out. I also learned to be kinder with myself, to understand that I'm not perfect and that I needed to change somethings in my life.
